Description
The ‘Grind & Seal’ method is the most cost-effective approach to attaining a durable, professionally-finished polished concrete floor. It involves two stages of floor grinding and the application of three coats of two specific sealers. Estimated coverage is based on standard, relatively non-porous concrete and applied using a 1/4″ nap roller.

Note: The floor area coverages listed for this kit are based on polishing a standard, relatively non-porous concrete and applying the material with a 1/4″ nap roller. i.e., 250–300 sq.ft. per gallon. Spraying color and sealing the concrete will not hide concrete imperfections like cracks and divots—imperfections will not go away.
